"Hartford, CT. There are a handful of bands that are the most important to the foundation of my love for heavy music, Korn is, with out question, one of the top three. When I first discovered Korn just before their first album hit, I was immediately a die hard fan. Years later as I became a professional photographer in the industry I have thankfully had the opportuinty to have those bands who truly guided my journey as a fan of music, in front of my camera, as I started a fan and my deep affinity for heavy music lead to my career as a fan of music with a camera. The first time I had Korn in front of my camera I had to game face pretty hard, but the realization of whats in front of my lens tends to hit after the shoot. During the shoot I am hyper focused on posing, directing, lighting, and afterwards the fact that I photographed a band thats music and lyrics have meant so much to me for more than 3/4ths of my life... those moments never lose their gravity, and they just confirm I made the right choice in following this path that Korn unknowingly had a big part in."
